Sublet is available from May 17 (start of USC's summer semester) to August 15. Will have to live with my very friendly roommate who will be taking classes at USC in the summer. Apartment consists of a living room separated into two smaller "rooms", one for each person, a kitchen, storage/closet area and the shared bathroom.
The apartment complex is located just two blocks away from gate 5 of USC's campus. Specifically, it is located on the intersection of 29th Street and Orchard Ave. The name of the building is Tropicana Apartments and is operated by Stern Property Management.
The rent is $725 per person per month. May's rent is negotiable.
