Hi Everyone!
We are moving out of our USC apartment by Dec. 1st and need responsible tenants
to take over our lease (ends May 31st)! We are also willing to sublet the month
of December in time for a new group of people for January.
It is a 10 minute walk to campus. Incredibly close if you are in the USC film
school or Dentistry. We are on the corner of Walton & Jefferson - very close!
The rent includes 2 parking spaces in a gated lot, water, and internet. The
apartment comes with a brand new fridge, stove, microwave, full size beds and a
futon. Yes - they provide furniture! The bedrooms are huge and the closets
provide a ton of storage space. The bathroom is nice with a new toilet. The
landlords are very USC student friendly and the entire building is made up of
USC students.
