I am looking for a girl/student to sublease my apartment room to. I have a Fully Furnished Room Available for Immediate Sublease (from Aug 5, 2010) in the City Park Apartments[http://www.cityparkusc.com/citypark/index.asp].

Amenities: A new & comfortable bed, a wardrobe, basic furniture, double door fridge, dish washer, washing/dryer machine.

It is a gated community with CCTV surveillance & is located in walking distance of USC with a university tram/shuttle stop right at the entrance.

I am expecting USD 400 for a month as rent (this excludes utility bills & any shared/personal expenses incurred during the stay)
